Budļevskis: Entry of Many Major Retail Chains in Latvia Is Just a Matter of
Time
During the eight months of this year, sales of the shopping centres operated
by Linstow Center Management have grown 8-11% year-to-year. The number of
purchases, visitors and average purchase value also show increase. In our
opinion, retail turnover figures are among those indicators that present a true
picture of actual purchasing power of inhabitants marking the beginning of
economic recovery in Latvia, believes Mārcis Budļevskis, Management Board
member, Linstow Center Management (LCM).
