Each individual company and each individual salesperson performs a major role in the overall shopping center structure. The Galactico Academy helps people to gain the knowledge and skills which help to improve the overall competitiveness of each retailer and each shopping center.

The Galactico Academy is a center for LCM knowledge and experience. The aim is to implement a unified service culture at all Linstow shopping centers. We want our shoppers to feel that the service culture is better than at any other shopping center in town.

The best LCM experts work with representatives of the Mercury International training company to establish a unique program of education and training that has been adapted specifically for Latvia. The program brings together marketing and personnel theory, as well as the experience which Linstow shopping center managers have accumulated over the course of the last 10 years in Latvia.

The Galactico Academy allows each retailer to take part in intensive two-day courses at which lectors offer knowledge and methods which can then be used to train salespersons.

After a period of practical and theoretical training, there are confidential inspections of the various stores. The shopping centers are visited by trained “shoppers” whose job it is to make sure that salespeople are upholding the principles of service culture which have been taught to them.
