The Linstow Centre Management team in Rīga includes people from
Latvia and Norway in senior management positions:
Frode
Gronvold (Norway), Chairman of the Board.
Frode Gronvold is responsible
for the establishment and management of all LCM shopping centres. He joined the
company in 1998 after serving as product director for ASA Narvesen. Frode has
accumulated experience while working in Poland and at the Union Bank in Norway.
He holds a master’s degree in marketing from the Norwegian School of Economics
and a bachelor’s degree in international marketing from Leeds University in the
UK.
Evija
Majevska (Latvia), Commercial Director of Trade Centres.
Since year 2005
Evija Majevska is supervising all Linstow trade centres - their development,
administration and operation. E. Majevska started her career in Linstow company
in 1996 as Marketing Department Manager of SIA Varner Baltija. Several leading
positions followed in different Linstow structures - TC Dole Director, TC Mols
Director, development and administration of several Linstow real estate projects
in Latvia and Estonia, reconstruction of Riga Central Railway Station and
Station square, TC Origo development project, TC Ülemiste formation in Tallinn.
E.Majevska has obtained environment design eductaion at Riga Applied Arts
College and bachelor's degree in advertisement/visual communication in Art
Academy of Latvia.
Mārcis
Budļevskis (Latvia), Director for Leasing and Business Development.
Mārcis Budļevskis joined the Linstow company in November 1998 after serving
as operating director for the DMB marketing agency. It at one time was a Linstow
Warner subsidiary. Mārcis previously directed projects for Saatchi &
Saatchi, and served as a VIP client manager for the Unibanka bank. He also
worked as a direct marketing representative for Hunt Marketing in the US state
of Wisconsin. Mārcis holds an MBA from the Rīga Business Institute. He earned
his bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Concordia University in
the United States.
Juris Lipskis
(Latvia), Technical Director.
Juris Lipskis joined the company in 1999. His
work mostly has to do with new real estate projects. Juris has a wealth of
experience in project management and technical aspects of projects for private
and public institutions alike. He previously worked for Latvija Statoil, where
he served as construction director for five years. Juris holds an engineering
degree from the Rīga Technical University.
Rems Razums
(Latvia), Member of the Board and Development Director.
Rems Razums joined
the Varner Hakon Invest company in 1997. After a change in ownership and
restructuring, Varner Hakon Invest turned into LCM. Rems has held a variety of
positions at the company — project director, public relations specialist and,
for a few years, freelance project consultant. Today he is responsible for
establishing and maintaining relations with state and local government
institutions. Before joining Linstow, Rems served as deputy director of the
Information and Communications Department of the national power company
Latvenergo. He also served as a freelance project director in providing
consultations for the city of Rīga’s development plan for 2006-1018. In parallel
to his work for LCM, Rems also serves on the boards of several other companies,
including the Narvesen Baltija Group and Arena Rīga. Rems Razums holds a law
degree from the University of Latvia.
