A multifunctional business and shopping center is due to be built on a 8900 sqm area next to shopping center Origo. The planned building will be 6-7 floors high, from which on 1st — 3rd floors are planned trade premises on 20 000sqm, while on 4th — 7th floors — the space of offices and other premises — 33 300 sqm, underground parking for 190 cars.
