Linstow – the pioneer in shopping centre development in the Baltic region and the market leader in Latvia – has plans to introduce its largest and most exciting project ever – Riga Retail Park. Linstow has chosen Riga as the location for the first large-scale retail park and expects to attract customers from the entire Baltic region, which is home to approximately 7.5 million people. It shall become the largest retail park in the Baltic, both in terms of size and choice. On a site of more than 75 hectares of land, the Riga Retail Park is located within a seven minute drive from the Riga International Airport and within a fifteen minute drive from the Riga city centre. In addition to several retail formats already familiar to a Baltic customer such as a hypermarket, a home-centre, and an enclosed regional shopping mall, the park will include several retail formats new to the market, such as a high concentration of retail warehousing units for sales of bulky and specialty goods.
