Vāgnera Rezidence

The project „Vāgnera Rezidence” is a prestige complex of three dwelling houses in the very heart of the Old Riga – in the crossing of Riharda Vāgnera and Teātra streets. „Vāgnera Rezidence” is a group of objects of reconstructed historical buildings and a new building which offering a high quality up-to-date life space simultaneously incorporates into the ancient landscape of Old Riga. The buildings in R.Vāgnera street 18 and 20 are reconstructed maintaining their historical virtues in the facade and their functional structure, accommodating the planning and interior of the included apartments to the modern requirements. Moreover, the building in Teātra street 7 is a new building which incorporates into the historical environment consolidating the requirements of the historical and modern architecture as well as the interior design.

There are only eight exclusive apartments disposed in the complex, besides, from the windows of the north - eastern side of the complex there opens up a fantastic view to the Latvian State Opera building where the resounding pieces of Richard Wagner were put on stage.
