Every city has its shopping street. Not yet Riga! SIA Linstow Center Management, real estate and shopping centre developer having significant international experience that has been a success story for more than 10 years in Latvia, has come out with an initiative and vision to develop Vaļņu Street as one of major shopping streets in Riga. Our idea is to merge efforts of all parties concerned, such as the town, businesses, managers and owners of land and buildings and to jointly develop Vaļņu Street into a trendy and frequented street that is popular among tourists in the downtown; our vision is that Vaļņu Street will play a significant role in the everyday life and at the time of festivals for Riga’s inhabitants and will become an urban recreation, shopping and entertainment gathering place. SIA Linstow Center Management has undertaken the initiative to perform initial organisational work gathering information on interest shown by businesses operating on Vaļņu Street in the implementation of said project.
