The concept of this development project envisages to form a high quality and multi-functional urban environment naturally intertwining the key elements of the modern urbanite: home, work, leisure, entertainment and health care services.
The territory perfectly fits the development of such an urban project. It features perfect reachability both with private and public transport, and one of the main bike paths also runs along it. It is neighboured by Šmerlis, a grand forest area, very popular among the lovers of peaceful walks and sport outings. On its other side, the territory neighbours with one of the biggest and most successful shopping centres in Riga – s/c “Alfa”, hence providing the customers with vast options of services, dining, entertainment, and shopping. The top floors of the planned building will feature a vista of the Ķīšezers lake.
The concept of the territory development is in preparation. According to the plan, it will be implemented in several phases, starting in 2022.
The current territory development design envisages two class B office buildings providing the day-to-day services (coffee shops, restaurants, hobby and sport stores, health care services, etc.), two residential buildings, a DIY concept store, and recreational spots.
The project includes building of underground and overground parking spaces and to ensure comfortable access for pedestrians and cyclists.
The buildings will follow the BREEAM standard, the internationally recognized standard of sustainable structure with Excellent as the set target benchmark.
